Big Bang Cannons make a loud bang, Definitely NOT a pop. One comparison is that they are as loud as an M-80.
You cannot shoot projectiles with Big Bang Cannons. In fact, putting anything in the barrel will inhibit the blast. This is one thing that makes them very safe.
There is no recoil whatsoever.
Reload is fairly quick. I haven't ever timed it, but I would estimate about 5-10 seconds. This would be quicker with a cannon with a built in charger (the larger canons).
One thing to note, however. The canons use Bangsite and water mixed together in the cannon to create acetylene gas. Once it's created you can't let it sit indefinitely before firing. It may dissipate. And it needs a second or two to form the gas/air mixture. So you should probably load at the last minute before firing.
